Operating principle: The instant water chillers ACF use an indirect cooling system that involves total separation of the cooling circuit from the water circuit. The cooled water used in the mixes is, in fact, provided by an intermediate circuit containing fusing ice. If, then, there is a leak in the refrigeration system there is no risk as the water for the mixes is contained in a completely isolated circuit. This special system has also resolved the problem of bacterial build-up because special hermetic exchangers prevent the water remaining in contact with external air for long periods - something that happens on all the other traditional-type refrigerators. |

The recycling of water with jet agitators allows a better thermal exchange and together with an excellent insulation enables to achieve a remarkable energy saving. Anti flooding safety: |

AQVA simplex-T 2.0 Integrated system for the automatic dosing of the water supplied from the chiller. The AQVA simplex-T 2.0 system allows the collection of water by setting the desired quantity in an extremely simple way using the digital keyboard. |

AQVA plus 2.1 Integrated system for automatic dosing and mixing water. Thanks to the technologically innovative automatic pulsed control mixing adopted, the AQVA plus 2.1 system enables the collection of the desired quantity of water at the temperature set using a keyboard.The system is fi tted with special hydrostatic dampeners to avoid “pipe hammerings“ and the “summer-winter” water exchange is embedded in the system, thereby doing away with the burdensome need for a plumber; the changeover occurs automatically by pressing the relevant key. |

Dosing and mixing station iMIXER able to dose water collection and carry out the automatic mixing of the inflowing water through the innovative pulsed control system CP3 Fast. The absence of motorized mixing valves, the mixing control by means of an impulse system and the special hydrostatic dampers are only some of the features that make this product technologically advanced and economically advantageous. The station is equipped with a needle probe to allow the mixing and visualization on the display of the temperature of the flour or mixture. The By-pass for the predischarge of the water that is not at the set temperature works automatically and can be excluded through the keyboard. The water system for the summer/winter switch is embedded in the station, thereby avoiding the costly need for a plumber; the changeover occurs automatically by the control. | ||
